In the studio Today. Rain, Rain, GO AWAY

Today I spent the day taking photo's of some of my most recent product developments. Unfortunately it rained all day in Melbourne as was very overcast. So just about every picture needs some computer manipulation before I can use it. Here's some of the best of the day. Not bad for GLOOoooooomy.

These fantastic IPOD cases are going on Sale tomorrow in my on line shop at ETSY.

CHEAP! Why?.... because they are my trial products (newer ones have zips and shoulder straps). Basically I just made them to see what they look like and to have a bit of fun. Now they are ready to go out into the big wide world and be loved by someone else.

This IPOD Case sports a colourful Art Deco inspired print.
The case itself is soft and smooth in your hand.
Great for protecting the things you love, your IPHONE, IPOD, MP3 player etc.

Every IPOD case has a funky contrasting lining. Each case is different.
Fits the IPHONE perfectly.

On Sale in my ETSY SHOP tomorrow afternoon.

Friday

FEEL GOOD FRIDAY - What do you love to do most?

Today I remembered that it is important to do what you love.
Isn't that what life is about?
Doing what you love and being with who you love.
My eldest daughter is overseas and I am missing her terribly. I think about what she might be up to constantly and hope that she is safe and having a great time.

Today I was feeling a little maudlin ( missing Lou Lou) and considering yet again the direction of this business I have chosen to run instead of working for someone else. I had to take some time out to remind myself that I am doing this because I LOVE IT. That's right, I forgot, caught up in doing all the things that "HAVE TO BE DONE" and losing sight of the things I really love.

So with complete integrity and a plan for when those things will get done, I put them aside, and I did this instead.
This painting was inspired by the lining of a Russian Khalat
(Mid Nineteenth Century)
